Mast Fierst was great! He was my sales advisor. He was very kind and respectful from the beginning, never pushy or persuasive towards purchasing a car immediately. I kept going back and forth between the Envista and Encore, and he was never annoyed at my requests of test driving, seeing different models, etc. I’ve had recent poor experiences with other car brands/dealerships which made Matt’s professionalism stand out and want to buy from him. Totally recommending Sun Buick to my friends!

Service guys were excellent but, when I made the appointment online and applied my points to the service they never saw it in their computer. I has someone else pick up my car and they charged the full amount. After learning of this I called the service desk and after explaining I wanted the card credited back for the points I had they finally adjusted the price. They stated that I had to tell them I wanted to apply the points when I dropped my car off and I stated I clicked the box on your app for service that I wanted my credits applied. They said it wasn't in the computer.

I got four new tires and wheel alignment. Also four new brake pads and rotors, and brake system flush. Robert McKenna at Sun Buick GMC entered all the rebate information for the tires, brakes and rotors. I always get my cars there, and always get my cars serviced there. It has always been a pleasurable experience.
